Serves meat, vegan options available. Bar and restaurant whose menu has a bean burger (made of kidney and black beans, carrots, peppers, celery, walnuts) which is served with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, cheese on multi-grain bun - vegan say no cheese. All the EBC beers except one (stout) are vegan, as of Dec 2016. December 2016 reports a new chef focusing on nouvelle cuisine with more international dishes. Open Mon 11:30am-10:00pm, Tue 4:30pm-10:00pm, Wed-Sat 11:30am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Increasing vegan options! - Edit
EBC-West gets a big thumbs up for its hearty vegan house-made multi-bean burger that debuted at Fredonia Progressive Dinner (vegan event). Currently on the menu with a nonvegan cheese option, but they are looking into vegan cheeses.
EBC's new chefs are very interested in healthy delicious fare and have great ideas for the future!
American Vegan Society is co-hosting a showcase dinner on Feb 28 2017 that debuts 4 healthy vegan dishes.

Pros: new vegan-friendly chefs, excellent quality food, nice venue with easy parking behind
Cons: remember they are closed Tues lunchtime, some of the beautiful brickwork needs restoration

zula154 28 Jan 2017 - I am going to give this place a try again based on your review. The last few times I had been at EBC, the bean burger they had was extremely mushy and was pretty tasteless.
