Elle n' Belle

Outstanding and super friendly staff and service. We had a great time and a very yummy dinner. The drinks are the greatest and the deserts the best… the atmosphere is easy and the attitude right. Perfect to hang out with friends

A must if you are in Zurich. Nice place, nice people. The location is modern, a big place with an intimate atmosphere. The food is very good (I ate a vegan cheeseburger, super!) and all vegan. So, if you're vegan, you can have good food without stress, if you are not vegan the place deserves a visit.

Since I've been coming to Zurich for 6 years now, this was my first time going out to a vegan restaurant!

We made a reservation online and came and had a nice seat outside with some privacy, it seemed to be going well. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not provide smoking/non-smoking areas for outside seating, so when a person close to us lit one up, we asked if we could move. This bummed me out a little bit, but the decor inside was nice too so that was ok.

My partner had the wasabi risotto which was really good and the flavours were so deep! I ended up with the Manson burger which came on a black bread. The burger was good, but not excellent. But the chips, those were excellent and some of the best I've ever had! The coleslaw side too was very good.

The staff were ok, not the nicest I've ever met but not the worst either. Maybe I was expecting more due to the price of the food.

I would recommend this place, but beware of smoking if you choose to sit outside and have problems around smoke or just don't like it when eating

Prices were fair/average for Zurich, considered very expensive for any tourist though I would think.

Everybody screams about their fantastic burgers but there is not even a gluten free version. All other dishes are too expensive and not very extraordinary. 50 meters further there is the Samses Restaurant who offers same or better food at reasonable prices. 3 stars for the location. My suggestion: eat at Samses and come here for hanging out.

Do you remember when you had that dream of opening a vegan restaurant which sold great food, had funky décor, exuded spirit and friendly atmosphere? Well, while you (and I) were dreaming, Elle 'n' Belle got off their respective backsides and did it.

This place is wonderful. The food is imaginative, delicious and fun; it sells beer; the desserts should be illegal, they're so good....

If you are one of those vegans who believe it's all about earnest, hair-shirt self-denial, stay away. If you want a great night out on the other hand, get down to Elle 'n' Belle's.

A very nice place to go to. Very happy that I found it. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I look forward to try other things next time I am in Zürich.

What a cool place. It's the kind of place I wish was in more cities around the world. Big but not uninviting with a nice menu and good service. I was there on a hot June day so I sat out in the sun. What I saw of the inside the decor was nice. I love the rock attitude. The food was quite tasty. I had the chili and their home made ice tea.

The food is delicious here, we had burgers and both were very good. Also the dessert and starters were outstanding. If you're in the area make sure you drop by, it's also the perfect restaurant to go-to with your non-vegan friends. They have a nice garden area to sit outside, we really liked the atmosphere.
The only thing we did not like was the slow service, the waitress was very very friendly, helpful and nice, but the service was slow and more than once we were forgotten by the staff and got our drinks/food late. They apologized but nevertheless it's not nice for a customer. This can surely be improved. Anything else: Perfect :)

Very nice restaurant, quite big. I discovered it cause I was going to a concert at X-Tra and needed to find somewhere to it. It was around 5pm so we had to pick some things from the "bar menu", so we had some kind of kebab/wrap, which was extremely good and tasty.

Offers good Breakfast/Brunch and some Bistro-style dishes.
The house special is a vegan "Döner/Dürüm/Kebab", very much recommended.

then you should visit them. If you don't then you could try some other dishes. There is a big chance that you will enjoy the evening. Cool and young atmosphere. Maybe too big and simple. It looks like a vegan starbucks with warm food.

Döner is echt wie ein döner. Aber such alles andere schmeckt unglaublich gut! Zugegeben, ich war ein bisschen skeptisch mit dem ganzen rock'n roll theme. Aber Chapeau und mmmm.. Mampfen, jup

What an all-around pleasant surprise. Great food, very friendly and helpful service, in a lively environment.

We stayed in Zurich for 2 days and ate at Elle'n'Belle 3 times! It was refreshing to see a vegan resto that is large, funky and buzzing with people. I wanted to keep going back to try everything. Everything we ate was delicious -the Mama Mia pasta dish was a stand out. My (non-vegan) partner was equally impressed and enjoyed everything. We didn't book on the second night so couldn't sit outside - i would definitely recommend booking an outside table in the summer. There is a take away lunch menu so we grabbed a donner kebab and headed to the lake for a picnic lunch - definitely worth trying.

Big restaurant in a cool ambiance offering 100% vegan menu, crowded, with really interesting options.
I must say I got kind of disappointed with the kebab, but the burger was amazing!
Unfortunately, when I was there part of the menu items were missing - but worth the visit anyway.

the interior was very funky- lots to look at! I like the idea of a changing menu. I had the gnocchi and it was probably the best I've had. the service was great too and lots of space, both indoors and out!

I've been there quite often, and whenever I go to Zurich this is the place where I go to eat when I want to relax. The restaurant's style is quite unique which I really enjoy. The "It's vegan baby!" text written on the windows doesn't leave much doubt, you're at the right place.

Reguarding the food there's nothing to say, it's good, really good, I've never been disappointed. It's nothing really special, but that's what makes it even better in my opinion. As a vegan, I'm quite sick of having to look for places to eat in everytime I go somewhere, so having the opportunity to just go there, and order something that's not "out of the usual" makes me forget that I have to act differently when I'm outside. There's even the "Daddy Cool" kebab you can have as a take away meal, which tastes great, if you don't have much time.

I've never entered the restaurant and saw it empty, there always are people in there, but at the same time there's no need to struggle to get a place, there's enough at lunch. The only moment you may want to make a reservation would be for a meal in the evening. I've only been there once at that time on a wednesday evening, and it was full.

The staff is really friendly too, which to me is yet another really good point.

If you're traveling to Zurich and want to have a nice meal in a vegan restaurant, this is the place to go.

I went for lunch: there are 3 menus to choose from, plus the kebap, which I took. I had a carrot-ginger soup beforehand, it tasted great. And then!! the Kebap. Absolutely delicious. It's almost scary how close to the meat version it looks and tastes. But I liked it more than the original, of course. Fresh salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, great "yogurt" sauce, spices, and seitan. It was awesome and I was really full afterwards. Perfect for a pregnant woman (-;
The place is huge and I like the interior. It has a kids corner, so we'll for sure come back once the baby's born. Staff was very friendly even though it was busy! Places like this make you wish you lived in Zurich. Thank you!

A restaurant with a good atmosphere but was not impressed with the quality of the food. As a vegan I want the best food and the variety of the menu was lacking and when the dish came, I think I ordered a rice dish, I was not overly impressed. The desert was horrible. The bill was way too high for a rice plate! Vegelateria or even Hiltl is much better and less expensive. I don't care about decoration a restaurant has to focus on food first and that it fails in my opinion.

I think they should make a buffet like Vegelateria or Hiltl and sell the food by weight.

I have almost every Monday.... :-)

The food is fresh and very delicious, the staff very friendly and the interieur beautiful. I really recommend to visit Elle 'n' Belle. My carnivorous company liked the roasted soup so much, he ordered another portion.
The restaurant also has a comfortable play area for children which might make it very convenient for parents to visit (the restaurant is linked to a hotel).

Not a huge food menu but tasty food and fun atmosphere. Great appetizers too. They had a lot of original drinks. Huge bonus for being all vegan and best to make reservations.

Really nice atmosphere in this recently opened entirely vegan restaurant. Compared to other veg restaurants I have visited so far, this one is really spacious. You have lots of space in the garden too, with some shadow-giving trees. The food is tasty and satiating, everything comes in "rock n roll" diner style, every table has the name of a famous rnr singer or band. I tried the döner and mango tiramisu, both delicious. We had to wait quite long for the ordered dishes (about 1 h), but it's ok because they lack of staff and since they are still in the beginning phase we could live with that ;)
All in all a really great place for especially for vegans and anyone else.

We were traveling through Zurich today and used this site to find vegan eats and we are so happy we found Elle n Belle! Beautiful atmosphere, delicious wine, an outdoor area, good music and friendly staff (which is always amazing when you're traveling)

We lived their kebab so much that we ordered seconds and their chocolate cake was wonderful! Thank you for existing and making great food!

They serve a very good bagel burger and the cakes are excellent.unfortunately it was a bit unorganized,we had to wait very long for our food and some dishes they forgot.but its very new so im sure they will solve the organizing problems!go there and try!

Loved Elle'n'Belle. Great atmosphere, delicious food (probably the best vegan burger in town), and very nice staff. Highly recommended!
