So good! We tried the crispy okra bites app with BBQ sauce, and for entrees, the double cheeseburger and the cheesesteak with onion rings.

I had the fried chicken and mac and cheese. Hubby had the cheesesteak. All absolutely delicious. I have a piece of cake for later, too. What a refreshing treat to be able to pick anything off the menu!

Delicious and huge portions - Edit
Started with the fried okra appetizer with a tangy dipping sauce. Wonderful! We ordered the lasagne - very rich, flavorful and cheesy- and the stir fry beef - great sauce and lots of veggies. Ended with chocolate cake which was moist and had a great frosting.

I visited with my husband who is nearly carnivore and my vegetarian daughter and her husband. ALL of us enjoyed our visit so much that we returned the next day. The food was amazing, and such a friendly staff!! I can't imagine anyone, regardless of your food preferences, who wouldn't be delighted with these varied and delicious menu items. Highly recommend you give this restaurant a try. We'll definitely be back again and again.

Can’t Wait To Go Back - Edit
My partner Kiki and I stopped in while traveling, and we’re so glad we did. We managed to sneak in an order right before closing, and not only was the food absolutely incredible, but getting to chat with the owner was such a highlight of our trip. She’s genuinely one of the kindest people we’ve met. Her passion for what she does is infectious, and it really shows in every bite.
Read moreWe’re both vegan, and it’s always such a joy to find a 100% vegan spot that’s run by someone who truly cares. The food was phenomenal. We got the Spicy Colossal Chicken Sandwich (no joke, that thing is huge and insanely good), the Classic Chicken Sandwich with fries, the Danny's Cheesesteak, and the Mac and Cheese, which was out of this world. I love a good mock chicken sandwich and cheesesteak and these both delivered!
We’re already talking about coming back next time we’re in town. Thank you for such a wonderful meal and even better conversation.

Delicious Wings! - Edit
I was staying at a hotel down the street and ordered takeout from Eliza's. I got their BBQ Wing Platter and a side of Mac and Cheese. The wings were phenomenal and I highly recommend them! The Mac and Cheese on the other hand was really funky and I'm honestly not sure how I felt about it. I also appreciated that they had pamphlets about compassionate eating and animal rights. Overall, I am very thankful for places like Eliza! Thank you to my fellow humans who choose kindness towards animals ❤️

All I can say is don't walk you better be running to this place. I got the Dannys cheesesteak and let me tell you simply delicious. Wouldn't even known it was fake meat if you didn't tell me. The hubby got the Henry's pita (delicious) and I promise you with both of these sandwiches you will not walk away hungry. We also got the sampler appetizer absolutely delicious. And if you have room, you must get the cakes they are to die for! Markeyshi (Owner) was absolutely pleasant to talk to and very sweet. WE WILL BE BACK-even if we have to drive six hours from Florida to eat here.

Great Vegan food right off I-95 - Edit
After 11 hours on the road this was a perfect stop to eat. I had the chickpea and hummus wrap and my husband had the stir fry veggies with spicy sauce. I asked for a recommendation and was glad I took the advice of the staff. It was a generous portion and really good. My husband liked his dinner. It had a lot of kick. We shared an order of the sweet potato fries. We took home two slices of the homemade cake. Banana nut and carrot. If you are traveling 95 this is a quick on and off for a good meal. We will definitely be back!

We go out of our way to stop here anytime we are driving from our home in Florida up north. Will you try a different options every time and we have loved every meal! The food is amazing and very different. Every sandwich, the homemade ribs sauces, the spicy chicken. The kids love that they can get a kids meal Like a little happy meal too because obviously they don’t get McDonald’s Happy meals. The desserts are absolutely amazing! We get extra and bring a cooler to take some home with us, the cakes and the cheesecakes. The staff is always so so so friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

A Gem on Interstate 95 - Edit
The welcoming and joy-filled service is felt as soon as you enter! The menu is diverse, prepared in a timely manner and soooo delicious. I had the gluten free Mediterranean Burger and some cookie bites. Every bite is scrumptious. Don’t even think twice about pulling off the interstate and dining at Eliza’s. Healthy and flavorful options for all - even those who are not yet vegan :0)

We're from Delaware but went to Charleston and stopped here on our way back. So happy we did. We got the sampler platter and kale salad. My husband had to get the $5 'brat' and he loved it. It's at a gas station so plenty of parking and bathroom at the gas station market. Staff was super friendly as well as the customers. I loved my kale salad, the drumsticks and spring rolls. I forgot to take pics though

A vegan oasis - Edit
Driving along the highway with all the BBQ, burger joints and gas station signs, we just happened to see a billboard advertising a vegan restaurant in South Carolina ... we thought maybe it was a joke or mirage, we couldn't believe our eyes! But it is real and really delicious!
Read moreWe pulled off and it is basically a truck stop but with vegan food! The two women behind the counter were so friendly and while we were deciding what we wanted from the huge menu, 4 more vegans traveling north came in, also just amazed at this little vegan oasis off the highway.
We got the fried fish sandwich and a side of mac n cheese, both were incredibly delicious! The fish fillet tasted wildly like I remember one tasting and the mac n cheese was of the variety that's pasta in a rich, flavorful nut sauce, and it was possibly the best I've ever had!
While waiting for our order 2 more vegans came in who saw the billboard, all 8 of us chatting together for a bit... it was just a really nice moment of community and connection. I almost didn't want to leave this magical place and just see who else stopped in! Eliza's will now be a regular stop on our road trips.
Pros: Delicious vegan food , Location like an oasis in a non-vegan desert , Friendly service
