Rotating menu. Staff is knowledgeable about what can be made vegan. Everything tastes very fresh. Chef Chris knows what he’s doing. Great drinks too!

Eliza, a favorite special occasion go to :)

What do I love about Eliza? A lot. Its name (also mine), its vibe (perfect moody lighting and decor that’ll make you feel you’re a cool person for an hour), the cocktails are on-f-ing point, staff super friendly and knowledgeable — real, passionate professionals in the field, the dishes are very thoughtful, inventive and tasty. There are some consistent menu items but they do a good job of changing things up quite often. Of course I’d love it if they continued to offer more vegan options and put more of an effort into alleviating the suffering of animals but we live in a world full of cognitive dissonance so I’ll at least give credit for the vegan options they do have.

Pros: Drink menu is superb , Moody vibe , Inventive veggie dishes

Cons: Always welcome more vegan / plant based options

I think this was some kind of cabbage that isn’t on the menu anymore but it was DANK at Eliza in Kingston
