An absolute gem and our new very favorite place! I would give it 10 stars! - Edit
While there are several vegan places to get a burger in Jacksonville, we drove 45 minutes to St. Augustine to try this little food truck on the bay’s burgers after reading its reviews. The food absolutely exceeded our expectations. There are so many healthy options and so many indulgent options for those of us that love comfort food. It was like Christmas morning reading the menu. The burgers are the closest that I’ve ever tasted to “real” burgers. I really don’t believe most carnivores would be able to tell. The cauliflower wings are little balls of crispy magic. The quesadillas are fresh and crispy. I can’t even discuss the cookies. I don’t know how many trips it will take to try the whole menu but I plan to find out.
Read moreThe food truck is situated on the bay so that you can sit at picnic tables and enjoy the water while you eat and it’s away from everything else so you don’t have to worry about the hustle and bustle.
I just cannot overstate how much we loved this place. I just can’t wait to go again. Worth the 45 min drive for us many times over.
Go for the food, stay for the view.

First time here and it was amazing. I ordered the atomic burger, ceviche, 2 tacos and the maple pecan cookies. Everything was made quick and was warm. It is very refreshing to go to a food truck and not feel over stuffed the meal was super easy to eat filling but I don’t feel sluggish after. The ceviche is so yummy as someone who is Spanish and it is so hard to find vegan alternatives to authentic dishes. I highly recommend and will definitely come again. P.S the atomic burger is spicy!!! lol but so good!!

Great Food Truck and decent prices - Edit
Entire family of five enjoyed eating here. We all had some version of their burgers. Getting a double impossible burger for $10 is hard to find. Staff was great. Service was great. Tables are outdoor overlooking the water and cleaned after each use.

Very friendly team and fresh, delicious and mostly organic ingredients. I had the very best falafel you can find in this State or even country! Vegan, vegetarians and even meat-eaters will. find something that suits your palate, without missing chicken, beef and co. Your well-behaved pups are welcome too and get some refreshing water. I travel a lot and wish that I could take them with me!!

So happy to have this new food truck in the neighborhood. All vegan and all delicious. Great outdoor seating. We’ve each had the falafel burger and double double burger multiple times. Definitely some of the best “burgers” we’ve ever had. And well priced since they come with fries. Ask for a side of the creamy hot sauce. It’s wonderful.

I really enjoyed the variety of veg options this food truck had. It’s always nice to see a menu for the first time and have a hard time picking something because there are lots of good looking options. I enjoyed the jackfruit carnitas and rice and beans. Could also mix and match with other kinds of tacos. Good drink options too, they have kombucha and other things. Love the location it’s right on the marina a nice spot for a picnic

Wonderful vegan food truck - Edit
The food is delicious. They know how to make an Impossible burger, way better than Burger King. Elevate has salads and tacos and smoothies... and cauliflower wings! The staff is very friendly. The outdoor dining space is very spacious, everyone has plenty of room.
