Large portions lots of options

Had the avocado and scrambled tofu. Wow it was large. The gluten free bread was thick, it was very filling I could only eat half. The chai turmeric latte was incredible. Worth a visit if you’re in the Fitzroy area.

Beautiful food

What a find!
This beautiful space also creates food to satisfy on every level. We had three different vegan breakfasts all equally beautiful and delicious. Will definitely return to try other options. #Veganuary

Great options

Ive returned several times and I’m always impressed by the food. Most recently I tried the lumbini Dagwood sandwich. It was served with okra fries which may be the best fries I’ve eaten. Generous serve too

We sat outside for lunch on a Sunday and I ordered a soy flat white. My partner ordered the chocolate pancakes and I ordered the Swayambhu portobello. My partner really enjoyed the pancakes and they looked nice. I really liked all the flavours on my portobello dish. The mixture of vegetables and quinoa was perfect. I’d like to go back to try more dishes. I like that there are so many vegan options.

Really good!

Disclaimer: Can only give 5stars for fully vegan/vegetarian restaurants.

Really yummy place! The chai was really good, they have lots of different plant based milks (oats, almonds & more). I had the vegan sandwich with jackfruit and it was really yummy with the fried okra!
If you want to bring a vegan/non vegan friends there are lots of great options!

Tasty, friendly, relaxed

This was our regular coffee spot during the lockdown and it’s been nice to sit down and have a meal here. The owners and staff are super friendly. I’m not a spicy-food-for-breakfast person generally, but I have had a couple of their dishes here with my morning coffee. Although the cafe serves meat - including lamb - the majority of the Nepalese fusion menu is vegan or modifiable. Both the Himalayan Tofucado ($18.50) and the vegan Nep-Gringo ($19.50, with tofu and mushroom) were tasty, and not too heavy or spicy, so even I could handle them first thing. The atmosphere is good for a relaxed coffee too.

Pros: Tasty food , Friendly staff, Largely vegan menu

Cons: Serves lamb

Tasty, interesting food, and amazing vegan chai!

This place offers unique Himalayan fusion breakfast and lunch dishes that are very tasty. I had the Lumbini Dagwood sandwich which was tasty, and the Vega chai with bonsoy was outstanding. The space has been recently renovated and looks great! The atmosphere is very chilled and relaxed.

Pros: Many vegan options, Tasty, interesting food
