Ristorante davvero ottimo. Si tratta del ristorante dell’hotel il cui nome cinese è 大象抱朴酒店, più facile da cercare così sulle mappe. Una scoperta unica grazie ad Happy cow. Il ristorante è totalmente vegano, il cibo è ottimo, il locale è silenzioso, pulito e accogliente. Il personale molto disponibile. Per i prezzi di Dalian questo ristorante è sopra la media ma sicuramente ne vale la pena al 100%, inoltre con il cambio valuta in euro la cifra è comunque irrisoria. Consiglio vivamente.

probably one of the best restaurants i’ve ever been - Edit
I randomly found this restaurant when I was in Dalian for just a short trip. It had been hard finding vegan food before that and I didn’t have much high hopes but everything was seriously amazing.

I'm really satisfied from my visit at the Elefant BaoPu Vegetarian Restaurant, the waiters were really friendly and fast. The food was delicious and there is a really great choice of interesting dishes.

I'm by no means a vegetarian or vegan, but the food was wonderful and staff so friendly. I had 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners and a lunch and would go back for more.

Every staff member greeted us respectfully from the moment we walked into the hotel. The restaurant’s style is calm, sophisticated and attentive in detail.
Read moreI was completely mesmerised by the endless selection on the menu. We over ordered through sheer excitement and could not resist making thorough pigs of ourselves. A wonderful experience.
Next trip to Dalian I will be booking a room at the hotel as it’s in the centre of town.
Pros: Totally vegan, no garlic or onion., Impeccable service and presentation., Large photo bilingual menu.

Beautiful calm restaurant. Located in the Jin Gang Hotel. The service was quick and polite. Not much English spoken but the staff was very welcoming. The food was delicious, the sauces rich, the flavours excellent.

I love chinese food and I'm really happy that I found this vegan chinese restaurant. everything was delicious and very well made. This is not cheap chinese food, this is fine dining. I hope to come back here some day.
