Great flexible Service

The Elcano is a beautiful beachclub that has a restaurant inside. They used to have a colleague who is vegan, that is why the cook knows quite a lot about vegan food. On the menu there are a few vegan options only, like pasta and Guacamole. But talk to the cook, he is able to offer you much more, like a Paella or other things. For me he made a „steak“, consisting of oats, mushrooms, amaranth and other stuff (can‘t remember the name anymore, but have uploaded a picture). It was one of the best vegan meals I had in Acapulco! I really recommend this place to spend a perfect relaxed day at the beach with great service!
