Great vegetarian and vegan food; excellent service

Delicious food, personalized service.
This casual restaurant is located away from the Malecon and other touristy areas but well worth the drive. It’s open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is absolutely delicious and it tastes fresh. My Spanish is very limited but with Translate apps and staff help, I was able to get a very customized meal for my needs (vegan). The staff was very helpful and kind and I was super impressed with the food that showed up. They made mushroom and vegetable enchiladas for me, along with a vegetarian Tortilla soup and Beetroot salad. I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day! Delicious the second day too!
