Wrap is good. Pizza was ok - Edit
They have few veg and vegan options.

They also gave us a menu of their special drinks that did not have price mentioned. The waiter recommended blueberry colada and mango drinks. That we ordered without knowing that each drink costs $20 USD. I'd not have ordered if I knew there are so expensive drinks. I felt like being scammed with waiters highly recommending these drinks and not mentioning price anywhere.
We asked to sit inside the wagon that had AC and different place for having meal.

Nice Vibe, Food OK, somewhat lacking - Edit
El Wagon had a nice vibe, and offers live music with friendly, attentive staff, however, the food is somewhat lacking for vegans.
Read moreWe had the Plant-based Fajitas, which were actually really nice with the stir fried veg on offer.
However, it would have been nice to have vegan cheese available for the veggie pizza, then we would have come back for that.
It would also be nice if there was a vegan dessert available.
We had the Plant Based Burger & Stir Fried Rice at the sister restaurant El Avion (also reviewed).
Overall, this left us with the feeling that this restaurant was lacking and could offer a better experience by simply adding vegan cheese & a dessert to their menu!

Just like it's neighbour el avion this place was so nice. Super friendly service (someone wrote somewhere on the internet that all is fast en hurried, but that's not wat we experienced). Monkeys in the trees and a nice candlelight on the table. Perfect! #Veganuary

Great burger - Edit
We’ve had some questionable veggie burgers while in Costa Roca, so we were pleasantly surprised at how amazing this burger was! We really liked that it came with fries and cauliflower wings. Overall, very filling and delicious!

The outdoor dining area is great - they don’t have vegan cheese so the only pizza options are just getting the vegetarian without cheese.

Surrounded by nature and wildlife - Edit
Food and drinks were great and so was the service. The restaurant is very stylish. It has an open concept and is surrounded by rain forest trees and wildlife. A group of monkeys played on the roof and in the trees next to the restaurant while we were there. Loved it!
