Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant and lounge in the historic El Tovar Hotel by Grand Canyon south rim. Dinner menu has a vegan stuffed portobello mushroom main entree and one ratatouille (dairy). A few salads are vegetarian and could be requested vegan. The waiter will assist with adjustments. Better to reserve ahead to ensure a table. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-11:00pm.

Good Restaurant at the Grand Canyon - Edit
This is a good option for dinner, especially considering the competition. We had dinner there before and after a hike in the Grand Canyon. I had the vegan stuffed mushroom and we shared the Mediterranean Salad, with no cheese. Service is good. We made reservations a month ahead of time - the place was packed Saturday night, a little less so Tuesday night.
