The Best is "plato alpujarreño vegano" - Edit
Really Good "plato alpujarreño vegano" minus egg "Sin huevo" it's a chorizo with potatoes cooked with onions. It's also really Good "patatas a lo pobre sin huevo" potatoes cooked with onions without egg. Or vegan saucisses "salchicha vegana" you can also command several vegan sandwiches to take away. It could be nice to specify that you are vegan at the beginning "yo soy vegano" to avoid some mistakes.
