A few vegan options - Edit
We were told the tostones, amarillos, and rice and beans (arroz blanco & habichuelas on the menu) are vegan. Grilled veggies are also an option. The mofongo is made with butter so it’s not vegan even if bacon is omitted. We made a lunch out of side dishes and it was good. I don’t think their current menu lists anything as vegetarian or vegan.
