Decent vegan ramen option

Owner is Japanese so the quality isn’t bad. Soy based ramen broth, heavy on the mushrooms and kinda one dimensional, not the best noodles but pretty alright. Their vegetarian sushi substitutions are okay as well.

It’s not a life changing ramen but it’s great that they have several choices!
