No vegan options, serves pate - Edit
As in many places in Puerto Rico none of the restaurant staff heard of vegans. I was with non vegan family who found their food appalling. After negotiations they agreed to remove the cheese from the salad so this was the only thing for me to eat. Food according to the staff comes prepackaged.
