Serves meat, vegan options available. Has vegetarian choices for traditional Mexican dishes, plus a separate vegetarian section. Vegetarian dishes can be made vegan. Open Mon-Fri 11:30am-10:00pm, Sat 11:30am-10:30pm.
Closed Sun.
I ordered one of the vegetarian choices dairy free. The potato burrito was hash browns in a tortilla. The mushroom enchilada was canned mushrooms in a corn tamale wrapper. The refried beans taco was not edible. The food was barely warm with some sauce on top. Nothing on the side. No toppings except shredded lettuce on the taco. It would have been nice to have the guac or rice and greens like in the photos. I ate the potatoes from the wrapper and left the rest. Barely edible. Definitely go elsewhere. Even fast food vegan options would have been better.
We were happy to find somewhere to get vegan food on our road trip. I was very hungry and tired and forgot to ask about the beans. There were multiple vegetarian options that could be modified to vegan, even if you left off beans. I did notice refried and black beans as bean options; perhaps one is vegan? I had a potato burrito, mushroom enchilada and bean taco. With their house hot sauce, it was pleasant and the best option around. Beaufort, SC has some vegan options, but if you are headed north, this is it for some time.
