Best pizza in Segovia

Pizza dough is fermented for several days which make it crunchy, tasty and filling.

I always order a vegetarian pizza with tomato base instead of cheese and black olives on top. Please, help ordering that and calling it "La vegana", I'm trying to get it on the menu as the first oficially labeled vegan option.
