They have a little part in the menu for vegans which is very fine for this city. Also perfect is that it’s open until 1! Nice atmosphere.

Surprise find near my hotel - Edit
Pleasant atmosphere with inside and outside seating. There were about seven vegan options for mains and two vegan desserts.
