Best Vegan Restaurant Ever!! - Edit
I have been to this vegan restaurant multiple times in just a couple months. I really enjoy this place the mock meats are very real tasting it is scary! I have gotten the burrito and the torta both were very delicious i highly recommend those 2 with carnitas or either bistec. Also if you do go there you should try out the Pan De Dulce, I myself am a mexican so being able to try out the Sweet Bread(Pan De Dulce) without having to worry about it having eggs or any dairy makes me happy.
Pros: Delicious, Mock Meats
Cons: Pricy, Not a big menu

Best Pan Dulce Ever - Edit
This place is truly wonderful and the food is very tasty. Especially the pan dulce (sweet bread). It's all made from scratch and you can taste the quality. The doughnuts are particularly my favorite (only available on weekends). The family is so lovely as well. They put so much love into the food they make.
This place is a must for any vegan!

Really Disappointing - Edit
I was really disappointed in this place. With no online menu available, I tried lunch here thinking they would have trending vegan mexican fare...spinach, black bean, sweet potato enchiladas, etc. Instead, this is one of those places that has the fake vegan soy meat options AND NOTHING ELSE! Prices were too high given the meal that was served.
Pros: Vegan??
Cons: Prices too high, Meal too meager, Hytop atmosphere

Awesome - Edit
Super-authentic Mexican food. Great portion sizes, excellent job at faking the meats. Much better than most regular Mexican food places. Good pastries, too, and I don't usually like those. It's a little expensive, but totally worth it — great value.
Pros: Short wait time , Friendly staff, Awesome
Cons: No outside seating, Sometimes is out of some menu items, Hard to see from the street — set far back

Great Vegan Mexican! - Edit
This place is cool, small and authentic! After suffering a heart attack the owner decided to take control of his own health and make some smarter changes not only for himself before his community. The food is absolutely authentic and delicious.
Pros: tacos!, enchiladas
Cons: none!

Best vegan torta - Edit
This is the best vegan Mexican food I've ever had . Being Hispanic you really can't get any better than this , they got the taste, texture right on everything we tried. In regards to other reviews about selling coke products and regular ketchup if you have ever been to a regular Mexican spot that's what we eat. Tacos and coke is a way of life for us. I appreciate them keeping everything authentic.
Pros: Authentic Mexican taste , Friendly staff , Large menu
Cons: No menus on tables , Wait time

I wish we had this place back home! - Edit
This place is 100% vegan and owned by very kind people. The food was so good! This is what I been looking for after I became vegan. Authentic Mexican food just like I use to have it. Maybe better because everything was fresh! It's also a Mexican bakery. I wish I had this back home in Denver. I'm glad we found this place!

Small portion - Edit
I wasn't excited to eat some authentic Mexican food and made the stop on my way through.
I ordered 2 burritos without any soy meat added with a side of fries. The burritos were extremely small and had probably about 4 tablespoons of rice and beans. It was $10.50! Inside was just rice, beans, a few pieces of lettuce, a few bell peppers and a tomato.
The fries were frozen type and minimal seasoning.
They served it with regular Hunts ketchup that has high fructose corn syrup in it and they also offered Coca Cola products.
Too small and low quality for a high cost.
Pros: Tortilla tasted home made and was good. , The man was friendly.
Cons: Low quality, Small portions , Over priced

Best (only) vegan mexican in Dallas - Edit
Delicious food, but tiny portions. I don't think these folks have really geared up to serve meals. If you didn't read your Happy Cow posts, you might not think it was anything more than a paleteria. No print menu, you order off the cashier's tablet. Two picnic tables and a table for two. We each had a combo plate of two faux-pork tacos, a 2.5" long flauta and a 3" long enchilada with refied pinto beans and substandard Mexican rice on a paper plate. Aguas fresca - hibiscus and cantelope served in 10 oz. styrofoam cups with lids. All-in-all delicious, but the the tab was $27. I left unsatisfied - a first for me at any Mexican restaurant - much less any I had just spent $27 for two people.

Terrific food and awesome people! - Edit
I walked in at 8:15pm when they closed at 8pm. I was unaware of their closing time as it didn't say anything on the Happy Cow page and there was an Open sign in the window. The family that own the place were sitting inside eating dinner together. The son took my order, gave me some great taco recommendations and included a free taco just so I could give it a try! The food was awesome! A little on the greasy side for my everyday taste, but it was all very flavorful and very very close to real Mexican street tacos!!

Great vegan options! - Edit
As of 08/2016, this spot only has vegan options on Thursdays, but they are working to have more! It's totally worth the drive to indulge in this family restaurant's authentic vegan Mexican food offerings, though! Plus, almost half the family is vegan, so they know their stuff!
Pros: Amazing flavors, Mexican baled goods, Great people
Cons: A little far out, Vegan options only on certain days
