No tenía ni idea que tenía un restaurante vegano tan cerca de casa, fuimos a comer allí el viernes pasado y nos encantó, la comida excelente y la idea estupenda. Les deseo toda la suerte del mundo, se acaban de ganar unos clientes (bueno socios, que funciona como una asociación gastronómica)más!

Pay as you feel - Edit
Amazing vegan establishment! So this place runs a set menu, offering homemade fresh daily dishes and its pay as you feel too! The people are so warm and friendly, if you want more of anything jist let them know they'll bring you more of whatever you like and its such a relaxing place too, no pressure from servers/waiting staff. Ay the end of the meal jist put whatever you wish to pay in a box and leave it on the counter, its all discretionary. Would definitely be visiting again next time i drive through Xativa!

Recommended by our accommodation, this is a pure vegan dining experience. Run as a food association by vegans who just love cooking vegan food. Lunch is a set menu. We had a beetroot and aubergine mousse starter with bread fried in olive oil and garlic. Second course was a light salad, fresh with a creamy pistachio dressing, followed by a soup with noodles, tofu and peppers. Dessert was a light sponge drizzled with maple syrup. Yum!!!

A decent Vegan joint. - Edit
The system is different and excellent. You don’t have to worry about what to order as you will just be given what’s freshly available. Fresh it is, both in ideas and dishes. Grab yourself a plate and knife fork and glass and sit. Several very different courses full of flavour.
