Tamales ricos

No había leche vegetal para nuestro café, sugirieron que compraramos el litro entero.

Pros: Estaban sabrosos los tamales, Buena atención

Cons: Había que comprar un litro de leche vegetal , Para poder tener un café con leche de soya

Nice little health food store/restaurant

When everything else (vegan) is closed or already sold out (like yesterday) in this small mountain town we always get lucky with some good, simple, healthy vegan food and beverages! Unfortunately we just found out that they use Ghee (cleared butter) to make their so-called vegan Samosas! Very disappointing!

Pros: Several vegan options

Cons: Most things in the store not certified organic, Using Ghee in so-called vegan dishes

Small but cute store and restaurant

The soups are delicious and the dishes healthy and satisfying.
I had the tamales de setas, sopa de espinaca, and the tofu baguette.
Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

Pros: Near the city center , The staff is kind

Cons: Cash only

Nice

A pretty nice place. Seems to be primarily a health food shop but also had a small food menu. I had a falafel dish and horchata which were both pretty good. It was very quiet though (I was the only one there) so atmosphere a little uncomfortable.

Pros: Vegan options, Also health food store

Cons: Awkward atmosphere - very quiet

cute natural foods store and restaurant

This place is great for grabbing a juice or other yummy vegetarian treat on the way to the town market, or having a relaxing lunch after hiking up the local pyramid. They sell books, too!
