Asador tradicional con menú vegano - Edit
Una sorpresa en la misma plaza mayor de Pedrezuela. Es un local tradicional del tipo de los que nunca tienen nada vegano. En este asador tienen un menu completo con una gran variedad de cremas de primero y otros tantos platos de segundo.
Read moreYo pedí una crema de lechuga y albahaca y albondigas en salsa de vino. Mi pareja una crema de zanahoria con seitán agridulce y arroz basmati. Todo muy bueno y el personal bastante atento.

Great food and lovely hosts - Edit
We have been going here now for a couple of years and love that they have a dedicated vegan menu. Chef Juanjo is so knowledgeable about nutrition and all his dishes contain proteins like tofu and seitan. Don’t miss the pimientos de piquillo filled with mince and a sauce to die for. I have tried all his dishes and love them all! Fantastic to have a passionate chef who offers vegan food in the Sierra Norte.

Un meson pequeño en un pueblo de la sierra de Madrid donde se preocupan de servirte buena y elaborada comida vegana. Son muy amables y cuidadosos en que todo sea vegano (tienen conocimiento). Como digo en el título fue una agradable sorpresa. Comí croquetas y albóndigas en salsa de tomate casera. Muy rico y bien de precio. Se paga en efectivo (te hacen descuento en la cuenta) o por bizum pero no admiten tarjetas.
