We ordered 3 main dishes, 1 starter and 2 desserts as everything sounds so interesting and tasty on the menu. And everything was sooooo good! Me Finally I found falafel which are not fried and oily (probably the best ones I had so far) everything was also decorated with love. We will come back for sure.

Absolutely delicious, tasty, creativevegan food and drink, super friendly staff - we worked our way through the menu, we tried takeaway as well as sitting in, all ‘perfecto’ spotted the earlier review re ‘no toilet’ but I’m sure there was one when we visited. The absolute highlight of our holiday in Tenerife!

Food was the best I’ve tasted in a long time I thoroughly enjoyed every bite! We had the salad with mozzarella to start the wrap and mushroom burger. So so good! Was worth the trip out to the windy town. A little pricey but worth it!! Highly recommend.

Decent prices and half portions available for the starters, which made it easier for us to try a bit of everything.

Good food in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We ate there twice, the menu is the same through lunch and dinner. Fully vegan menu so no worries in ordering. The salads were really good, particularly the Ceasar, and fresh, the jackfruit burger and wrap were also nice. The tiramisu was a little disappointing but still nice. I can find it difficult to hear conversation amongst lots of noise and this cafe has lots of tables close together which made it difficult to chat.

Me and my girlfriend had a fantastic meal. We both chose different burgers, mine was the jackfruit and her's was their signature burger. Both were great and we will definitely be back again before our holiday finishes. It seemed to be a clear local favourite, the staff knew the menu very well and were very welcoming. Was a very small place so seating may be an issue if you are part of a large group, but they do takeaway if needed. #Veganuary

I’m staying in Tenerife and found this cafe on the HC app.. after reading reviews here and on Google my partner and I literally walked 3 hours down the coast from several towns along just to visit and it was worth every bite.

Staying at Arenas del Mar, just down the road from El Médano, I was delighted to find not just vegan dishes available nearby, not just a 100% vegan restaurant nearby, but one of the best vegan restaurants I've ever been to, within walking distance.
Read moreI've been here multiple times during my stay and everything has been superb. Each day there's a different zumo del día (juice of the day) which is always spectacular, especially after a hot cycle ride / surf session / walk / day on the beach (delete as appropriate). Every dish I've tried has been fabulous. Particularly liked the "Poke, No" (see what they did there) and the Vegbab. They have a varying menu del día in addition to the regular menu which you can find online.
Oh, and they have fantastic, locally brewed beers which I was unable to find anywhere else on the island. And good WiFi.
I didn't eat anywhere else in El Médano but looking at menus elsewhere, El Med Veg is very competitively priced.
They're open every day until 22:00 so where still there for me even after a very late running bike ride.
So wish I had a place this good near my home.
Pros: Huge choice of original inventive dishes, Everything 100% vegan and delicious, Great local beers
