Has a vegan menu - Edit
The proprietress speaks fluent English and has a vegan menu, which is a subset of the dishes with dairy removed. We had a big salad, soup, a burrito, and eggplant bruschetta off the vegan menu. The salad is great way to get a ton of veggies. The soup was very good. The burrito was really two tacos, and was my favorite dish. It had beans as the filling which I had a surprisingly hard time finding in Patagonia.

good vegan special - Edit
Nice small restaurant with a printed vegan menu. I had the special special of the day, curry with fresh local vegetables, served with brown rice and chapati bread for about 10 usd.
Pros: good vegan options and beer
Cons: not cheap
Excellent Living - Edit
Being vegan this cafe/restaurant/coffee shop in Puerto Natales was an absolute joy to find when we were there the last week in November'08. We ended up eating there 3 times & the food was exceptional every time! I can not recommend this establishment enough.

An oasis in a meat eating desert - Edit
El Living offers a fine range of simple, tasty vegetarian and vegan food in very pleasant, relaxed cafe surroundings. Not simply vegetarians, but omnivores rave about this place. Friendly staff. English speaking owner. Organic beers and wines.
