no words - Edit

After traveling for three months through Argentina, I was so happy to finaly find a place with spicy food.
Therefore I ordered the burritos and fell in love with them.
I came back for a second time and had the daily menu: veggie-mousaka...
I was also able to order tap water, which is a plus. Furthermore the staff and the place are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home.

Pros: cozy atmosphere, excellent food, friendly staff

Cons: none

Vegan gem - Edit

So glad to find this place. Choice of soya OR almond milk, when does that happen?! I had beetroot flavoured pasta with a tomato and walnut sauce, Simon had a curry, rice and salad - both very tasty. We had carrot and tomato soup with bread to start, great. We went back later in the day for more tea and carrot cake. Do visit this lovely place, you will not be disappointed. I wish we were staying longer in Puerto Natales so we could sample some more of this lovely vegan food.

apart from the familiar atmosphere and the spacious garden is this a place to have great vegetarian/vegan food before heading to torres del paine. they do also serve vegan cake.

Great ambience! - Edit

I spent time at El Living twice while I was in Puerto Natales. The vegan burger was tasty with a nice texture but it perhaps lacked a little flavour. The soy chai tea was also nice on a cold and wet day. My favourite thing about El Living, however, is the ambience – there are lots of couches as well as a place to sit near the fireplace. Grab a magazine off the shelf and unwind.

Great vegetarian/vegan restaurant - Edit

The only vegatarian restaurant in puerto natales. It serves really good food (with some organics ingredients) and local beers. Good atmosphere there !

Has a vegan menu - Edit

The proprietress speaks fluent English and has a vegan menu, which is a subset of the dishes with dairy removed. We had a big salad, soup, a burrito, and eggplant bruschetta off the vegan menu. The salad is great way to get a ton of veggies. The soup was very good. The burrito was really two tacos, and was my favorite dish. It had beans as the filling which I had a surprisingly hard time finding in Patagonia.

good vegan special - Edit

Nice small restaurant with a printed vegan menu. I had the special special of the day, curry with fresh local vegetables, served with brown rice and chapati bread for about 10 usd.

Pros: good vegan options and beer

Cons: not cheap
