We went there between Christmas and NYE. We made a reservation upfront as they served a menu. It was completely vegan. They have a greenhouse and a backyard garden from which they took many ingredients. The food was delicious - definitely recommended to have a great experience.

Unique experience! - Edit
This place is magical! We enjoyed everything here. The atmosphere was so romantic and the food was excelleny. Its all local ingredients and they grow most of it on the farm. They were all attendant and caring and showed us the garden. Everything is vegan and its all environmental energy through solar panels.

The restaurant offered a 6 course menu totally vegan (and most of it gluten free as well). The menu changes every week depending on the seasonal products that grow in their own garden. The food tasted absolutely amazing, with a lot of flowers and herbs. It was a total experience and the best food we had in a long time. We walked around in their garden which was nice to see! The waiter also advised us to go to Happy Cactus and La Sombra on the island, but unfortunately we flew the next morning so we were not able to do that.

Oasis of Fuerteventura - Edit
Definitely a must visit on the island! Walking through their garden where they grow many ingredients for their menu is an experience on its own. So beautiful green contrast to the dry rocky nature of Fuerteventura. And the food doesn't stay behind. We were extremely pleased with the taste and quality. Their menu changes weekly and if we would stay longer we would go every single week. This is one of the best thing on the island, look no further and go!

Nach zwei Besuchen mit jeweils einer Schlemmzeit von 2.5 Std. bin ich ein riesiger Fan geworden. Meine ganze Familie ist begeistert. Dazu eine sehr nette Bedienung und ein toller Inhaber. Auch für Nichtveganer als Abwechslung sehr zu empfehlen.

Amazing vegan menu! - Edit
When we were there, they served a 6 course vegan menu which was absolutely amazing! Many of the ingredients came from the adjacent garden and everything was super delicious and fresh.
