One of the best meals we’ve ever had! This felt like a fine dining experience. Each course was incredibly tasty and tastes like it was made with fresh ingredients, we only wish we had time to come back and see the gardens, in which many of the ingredients are grown, in the daytime.

Es war ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis und eine Geschmacksexplosion. Ich kann es nur jedem ans Herz legen, hier einen Abend zu verbringen.
Das Abendessen ist nur mit vorheriger Reservierung (über Google) möglich.
Barzahlung wird bevorzugt, Kartenzahlung ist aber auch möglich.
Sehr nette Bedienung die viele Sprachen beherrscht und bestens über Allergene informiert ist.

Die Öffnungszeiten hier bei HappyCow waren leider falsch angegeben, sodass das Restaurant geschlossen hatte.
Read moreDie Inhaber haben uns dennoch fröhlich empfangen und uns eine Führung durch den eigenen Bio-Garten gegeben. Der Inhaber hat gerade Rosenblüten und Salat für die Essensvorbereitung geerntet.
Er hat sich sehr über uns gefreut, konnte gutes Deutsch und hat uns den Garten ausführlich gezeigt.
In dem Garten wachsen viele Obst und Gemüsesorten. Rund 70 % des in dem Restaurant angebotenen Essens wird in dem Garten selbst gepflanzt.
Wir durften verschiedenes Obst probieren und uns alles ansehen.
Uns wurde empfohlen, eine Reservierung zu tätigen.
Das Restaurant hat von mittwochs bis freitags geöffnet. Details siehe Fotos. 
Essen und Trinken konnten wir dort leider nichts, die Tochter des Inhabers hat uns andere vegane Orte in der Nähe empfohlen.

To be honest we were quite underwhelmed after visiting the restaurant for dinner. The reviews speak highly of it, but in reality the food is not excuizete, or special.

Ristorante vegano poco fuori Puerto del Rosario, con menù fisso che cambia settimanalmente. Quasi tutto quello che preparano lo coltivano loro. Menù curato nei minimi dettagli, una vera esperienza, e servizio gentile e rapido. Da ripetere sicuramente!

Found this semi-gastro restaurant on this app, right after we arrived on the island and I couldn't be more happy.
Read moreEach week the chef changes the 5 course menu, using on average 70% of the vegetables grown in their garden to prepare the extra tasty dishes.
If you book ahead of time, you can mention your restrictions and they will adapt the menu for you !
We went there twice and loved it.
You always get a welcome tapas, then an entrance and two main dishes, with two desserts to share. Very filling, don't eat anything before!
€29.90 for each person, including a beverage. The Animal Beer is gluten free, made locally and all the funds go to an association which rescues farm animals.

Ce restaurant m'a surpris avec de plats délicieusement copieux et une très bonne ambiance. Par ailleurs, on peu voir d'où vient la plupart des produits (potager sur place) et de voir le chef et son premier élaboré nos plats. N'hésitez pas à prendre l'apéro dans le "jardin secret"!

Fully vegan restaurant in a cosy, relaxing setting. Most of the vegetables used in their dishes are grown in their garden, which you can visit. Every week, they offer a new 6-course fixed menu for EUR 29.90 (one drink and a chupito included). Portions are good, and the menu is very well-balanced in terms of nutrients.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and makes sure you get the best experience at their restaurant.
Unfortunately, they are only open three days a week and they don't have many places. Make sure to reserve!

If you have to choose one restaurant on all the island or do a restaurant several times, it’s this one! My only regret? It opens only 3 days per week and I couldn’t go a second time!

The menu is changing every week as the chef lives ti create new dishes. It’s a 6 courses experience and the portions are really good, so be ready to be hungry and enjo😋
I loved everything we got : the starter was of humus and salad, followed by a delicious soup and meatballs with rice. The two deserts were absolutely delicious!
The staff is also so lovely and you can go in the garden to see the lovely turtles swimming in their pond.
It’s also very cheap as you pay 30€ for 6 courses (1 starter, 1 salad, 1 soup, 1 main, and 2 deserts) a drink.
Run for it! And don’t forgot to book upfront as the place isn’t that big.

This is a special and stunning place, 70% of all the menu is grown in there beautiful gardens. The set menu is changed weekly and every dish was delicious, €30 set menu. This is an experience not to be missed. The staff are lovely and so knowledgeable of all the ingredients.

This is an exceptional experience for a weekly changing 5 course meal including one drink for €29 each. I highly recommend it. They are only open Wed-Friday now. Everything is exquisitely made and presented. They try to use 60% of their own home grown veg in the menu each week. It’s all vegan and gluten free. I particularly loved the desserts the best. I also loved the turtles in their pond hiding and peaking out to see you. They also have a goldfish pond which is cool too. Amazing place and a must do if you visit Fuerteventura!!

As the title says, it’s THE BEST vegan experience on the island. Don’t think twice, just go there. You will eat a carefully crafted menu including one drink for a more than reasonable price. Good range of wines and very thoughtful selected drinks for people that drive or do not drink alcohol. Try the mojito sin/con!

I'm so glad we found El Invernadero on our latest trip to Fuerteventura. This is indeed such a hidden gem. Hidden away from the main tourist areas, you drive along the main road and turn off towards the sand dunes, take yourself off semi off road up to the restaurant.
We received a warm welcome by the lovely Rosa, who invited us to look out into the adjourning garden to the restaurant. We then made our way to the table and Rosa explained the menu to us. For a total of 6 courses and one drink the total is 29.90 Euros.
We did not have to wait for long for our first course which was absolutely beautiful. Wonderful delicate vegetable gyoza, incredible dipping sauce and a mouth watering croquette. Both my partner and I were now eagerly anticipating the other dishes. The vegan Cesar Salad was incredible my partner and I duelled over the shared dish XD. My only issue personally was having hot soup on a hot day, maybe it's the British in me that likes to have hot soup on a cold day, but in the heat of Fuerteventura I, personally would have preferred a gazpacho.
I was not personally looking forward to the Moussaka; Moussaka is not a dish I enjoy. I needn't have worried because this was the best Moussaka I've experienced.
The trio of deserts were also divine!
To top it all off the ambience is incredible. I've dined in Michelin starred restaurants and whilst, yes, it is a great meal there. The warmth of this family run restaurant, the quality of the food and the passion you feel from the chef, all whilst you can feed the fish and relax is a top quality experience. The chef himself Alexis was joyful and explained that his inspiration for his dishes is his garden, where he looks out and plans the menu for the next week.
I can only explain the dishes we had as the dishes change every week! This place is a labour of love and I give my thanks to Alexis, Claudia and Rosa for giving us a great experience. I also hate to say this, as the prices may increase by the time we next make it over to Fuerteventura, but we tipped generously as we felt it was deserved and the prices far too reasonable for what we had.

Very cute place in the middle of nowhere. Warm welcome by the hosts. We had the chance to visit the garden where they grow some of the vegetables and fruits they serve. Weekly changing 5 course menue including one drink for a very reasonable price. This week was "Oktoberfest". Everything was delicious and fresh. Non-alcoholic wine available. Outside tables on the veranda. Recommended to make a reservation.

Lovely place with lovely staff. It is a great experience with even better vegan food. We visited today and they had a special Oktoberfest menu. The food is extremely tasteful and so pretty. Do make sure you are very hungry because you get a lot of food. We had a 6 course (!!) lunch. Best restaurant I visited in maybe ever! It is not cheap but the quality is so worth it.
