Simply sub Impossible…

This South Bay Mexican restaurant chain offers Impossible meat substitution for most of their dishes. I had the “House Burrito” with red and green sauce which wasn’t bad. It was actually quite filling. The service was good, but the available parking and small restaurant space left much to be desired. Also, adding a vegan cheese option to their menu would be an improvement.

Pros: Impossible meat option available , Good service

Cons: Parking not good , No vegan cheese option
