extremely limited vegan options

they were definately friendly and accommodating. however I would not recommend as a first choice for a vegan. i asked and the beans are cooked in manteca(pork lard), so with beans unavailable the options are rice, lettuce tomato and onion, which were fresh, and the salsas were good. but in my opinion, and considering how many really good vegan options there are in the area, this is a good option for vegetarians but not for vegans.

Thank you for the review! Do you know if anything on the menu is listed as vegan? Or is it only vegan options that are customized a la carte?

If there are no vegan options I question if this restaurant is a good fit for HappyCow.

They could go beyond mere vegan and made delicious shell-free & oil-free vegan burritos

Pros: Delicious seasoning , Safe food

Cons: Cookl had to be reminded not to add oily ingredien, Or steak

Yummy Veggie Burritos!

Love this little hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant! I’m a vegetarian, and they can make anything on their menu with no meat! And if you’re vegan they can do that too! Just ask to take off cheese and sour cream! Seriously great, fresh food that makes my tummy very happy! Staff is also super kind and understanding of my food preferences!😄
