The vegan tacos and the vegan burrito were absolutely delicious with lots of fresh veggies. This was by far the best food we had in Belize and also very affordable. We can also highly recommend the pineapple smoothie. The staff was also great.

Located in the San Ignacio central open market, El Fogon is a great spot to rest from shopping and enjoy some very tasty vegan/vegetarian fare. Yes, they serve meat as well, but "Mama and Kelly" create some amazing savory and sweet fast food for adventuresome vegetarian foodies. We loved the burritos, tacos and smoothies so much that we ate lunch there three times in our ten-day visit to Belize. I wish they had a mail-order service; I would order lunch from El Fogon every day.

Super good vegan food, although the three options are essentially the same ingredients in different arrangements. The corn tortillas are made fresh when you order and they are amazing! The juices are made fresh to order too.
