authentic tapas experience - Edit
This was a fairly cheap and cheerful place for tapas & beer. Vegan options clearly marked & friendly staff - but have "google translate" handy on your phone for the menu and the helpful but non-English speaking staff! We enjoyed tempeh & mushroom in mustard (€2.50) & lentil
croquettes with mango chutney (€4) with a couple of beers (local Turia beer on tap). There was also a good looking salad and burgers on the menu - really all in all this was great value and felt "local" and I'd happily go back.

Taste and Value! - Edit
This place was one of the closest to our apartment when we visited Valencia. The other options (Copenhagen and Malmo) were quite expensive and the food wasn't worth the price. On the other hand, the vegan burgers at El Deslunao were excellent and the price was just right. There were a variety of options of patty and topping that can be mixed and matched. We tried at least three and they were all great. There was a tapas menu as well and live jazz music on one night we went.
Pros: Faux-meat burgers, Reasonable Prices, Cozy and friendly
Cons: Can get very crowded when there's a band
