Very nice restaurant - Edit
Vegan options are pizza with coconut cheese and portobello burger. Very friendly staff. Great ambiance. I had the pizza, and it was nice, I would take it without cheeze next time. It's not so tasteful and they don't put a lot. Large pizza plus 3 toppings is 200 pesos. May 29th 2021.

This place is worth the visit! - Edit
El Delirio has great decor, great service, is outdoorzy and very Mexican! The day we went there was live music with an awesome band. The pizza is very good, dough and sauce. The vegan cheese is fine, but it’s nevertheless great to see vegan cheese going mainstream. Would definitely go back!

Las pizzas veganas están deliciosas, están hechas con queso de coco (libre de soya) y puedes agregar tantos ingredientes como quieras.
Los aderezos están hechos a base de mayonesa no apta, evítalos. Si pides hamburguesa de portobello, reconfirma sobre el pan y la mayonesa, por seguridad es mejor no usar aderezo de mayonesa.
Ahora también puedes tomar una cerveza o los tradicionales tes y bebidas no alcohólicas.

El Delirio Pizza Artesal is inside Casa Tiyahui, a very loved place in Saltillo downtown.
Vegan pizzas are delicious, made with coconut cheese (soya free) and you can add as more ingredients as you like.
The seasoning/dressing available are not suitable, they don't have vegan mayo so don't use them. If you order the portobello burger, reconfirm about the bunn and mayo., for safety reasons would be better to avoid any dressing.
You now can have a beer or traditional teas and non-alcoholic beverages. Get ready to feel a great vibe!
