No longer offering a vegan menu

I visited this restaurant in January 2023 and sadly it is no longer offering a vegan menu. There is a sign outside that says vegan options, but when we asked the waitress, she said there was no vegan menu. There were also only two vegan options on the menu. The staff were friendly enough, but we ended up leaving as it was very disappointing.

Pros: The staff were friendly

Cons: No longer has a vegan menu, There were hardly any vegan options on the menu

Stylish non-crowded place with amazing coffee and lots of vegan options

I took my favourite thing in the world: chickpea omelette - which is quite rare even in vegan restaurants
The service is very friendly, walls are decorated with rock albums covers, they were open in the middle of the day when most vegan restaurants in Verona are closed
Omelette was the best I ever ate and coffee was really good
There are a lot of food non vegan, so you can take your no vegan friends with you

Cute little restaurant

I got the spelled with carrot pesto, almonds and dried tomatoes and the chickpea farinata with dried tomatoes. I appreciate the various offers they have for vegans on the menù.

Pros: Fresh ingredients, Kind staff, Cute place

Lovely food but payment an issue

Convenient location near the cathedral in a modern decor and plenty space. Separate vegan menu with several options at lunchtime when I was there and helpful staff.

Slightly pricey for what I got, probably due to the location. But I was ok with the cost on balance. What I object to is they only take card payments over 30 euros and I didn't notice the sign til I tried to swipe my card.

Luckily I did have some cash but this is the only place in Verona where this happened and card payments for a single coffee are now normal. The man at the desk wasn't particularly understanding and I got the feeling he'd have charged me 30 for my 16 euro bill if I didn't have cash on me.

Spoiled an otherwise positive experience.

Pros: Vegan choices, English menu, Good food

Cons: Expensive for what is presented (size/content), No card payments under 30 euro

Ottima cucina con molte opzioni vegane

Molte opzioni vegane, sia antipasti che primi e secondi. Cucina al momento. Molto accogliente e il personale gentile. Lo consiglio!

View on the Duomo

Nice restaurant, well located and with friendly staff. I had pasta which was delicious. They have clearly labelled vegan and vegetarian dishes and know what they are talking about.

Pros: Location, Staff, Quality/Price

Came here for coffee with plant milk. Also got hand made personalized focaccia, which were very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful with allergies.

Pros: Nice ambiente in front of the dome, friendly staff, tasty food

Healthy homemade cuisine

Nice vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. A little expensive for Italy (small-portion dishes for about 9 euros), but normal price for Verona.

Pros: Gluten free vegan options

Cons: Small portions

Great food!

One of the best meals I had during my 9-day long stay in Italy. Many vegan options (even had it’s own page on the menu), reasonably priced and creative cuisine. I had the Mediterranean tempeh which tasted amazing. The only con would be that it was a bit too oily for my taste.

AMAZING vegan food

Travelling around the Italian/Austrian Alps as a vegan with a non vegan family has been difficult especially with the whole language barrier and lack of options available. I was so happy when I finally reached a city like Verona and could indulge in yummy nutritious food. The great thing about this place was that it accommodated my needs as a vegan and my brother’s needs as a teenage boy who hates vegetables. I had an AMAZING bean burger and he got to eat spaghetti bolognese (which he claimed was the best he had had in Italy) and everyone was happy. The food was honestly amazing and there were soooo many options including dessert! The service and location was also super great! I highly recommend!!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Quality of food , Accommodates all

A find in Verona

Great position near Duomo and convenient for us touring the churches.

Strange menu with first page including the range of horse meat dishes. Only on page 2 were the veggie options apparent. We had veggie burger and sweet and sour tempeh. They were tasty but not exceptional. The nice serving person and the setting made the meal.

Modern, friendly café and restaurant with great food

Stumbled upon this café / restaurant next to Duomo and had a very nice almond latte coffee, before deciding to book a table for the evening. This is not a vegan restaurant (although apparently the owner is vegan), but has a few meat options which my non-vegan family really enjoyed. I had plenty of vegan options to choose from, and opted for the Beetroot Burger with Rosemary Oven-roasted Potatoes, followed by a Chocolate Mousse, which were all really good. The waiter (owner?) was very attentive and explained each dish in detail, in great English, and what was used to make it. There was also options for gluten-free bread alternatives with most dishes. Everything was locally sourced and mainly organic, and pride in the ingredients' providence was evident, and the philosophy being that what you put in your body becomes your body.
The actual restaurant had a welcoming, traditional feel, whilst being bright and modern. With a few attractive pavement tables and a pretty shaded courtyard dining area out the back, this restaurant I would highly recommended.

Pros: Menu: mainly vegan / veg with a few meat options , Food: delicious and made with quality ingredients , Ambience and Staff

Omg... I'm actually full.

On my 6th day of being in Italy I finally found this place, YES!

They had a Vegan menu, the waiter/owner? Is vegan himself, although they offer meat dishes, this is purely a business move as Verona is very traditional so being a Vegan restaurant isn't the best move.

The food was PERFECT. The menu had plenty of options, most of which were also Gluten Free! This is the first time in Italy I've actually been full after eating out!

Highly recommended to everyone visiting the city, the staff are lovely, the food is very flavoursome and the prices are very fair.

Pros: Vegan Menu, Gluten Free options, Great Staff

New Opening in Verona

This is a new place, they offer traditional cuisine but half of their menu is vegan. They call it natural cuisine but, when i asked, they explain me that natural cuisine is vegan, they don't use refined sugar and only whole products.
We had a natural lunch.
It was great, vegan with taste.
Their tempeh is something wonderful.
We also tried the fresh juices: wow, rich flavours due maybe to big quality fruits and vegetables.

I reccomend El Cuciar

Pros: Quality food, New and beautiful place, Nice and friendly staff
