A hot dog place offers 'zipaquira’s hot dog' which is a lentil sausage breaded in panko, accompanied with escabeche of cubios and chuguas (all-vegan) and 'chia's hot dog' which is a sautéed vegetable sandwich accompanied with paipa cheese and guacamole (please inquire if this would be vegan by omitting the cheese). Open Mon-Sat 12:00pm-9:30pm, Sun 12:00pm-6:00pm.

This is a full vegan hot dog!! The sausage is made of lentils and branded in panko! Is the best sausage ever ❤️ Besides of its Colombian accompaniment of cubios and chuguas. They have many different pickles with Colombian tradition, besides they offer: criolla potato, arracachas and remolacha’s chips.
