Serves meat, vegan options available. Spanish tapas bar on the square. Many of the vegetables are freshly grown in the 17th Century walled garden at Auckland Palace. Vegan choices may include a paella, bread & olive oil, a pickle platter with a variety of pickled vegetables, roasted butternut squash, roasted carrots, fried aubergine, beetroot with hummus, walled garden roasted vegetables, marinated olives. Pastas bravas can be made with vegan aioli. Open Wed 11:30-17:00, Thu-Sat 11:30-22:00, Sun 11:30-17:00. Closed Mon. & Tue.

Fab Vegan Food - Edit
Really lush vegan food and options. Definitely the best place in Bishop. If you are there definitely go. Even the wines are labelled if they are vegan.

Excellently made fresh food and good flavours - Edit
My partner and I came across this place running an errand in Bishop Auckland and hunting for somewhere to eat, and noticed there were several vegan options on the menu. We were blown away by the flavours, every dish was beautifully balanced and very fresh, the service was excellent and there was a very good ambience. A really lovely surprise, would make an excellent evening date destination.
