Good Veggie Fajitas and Guacamole!

I really enjoyed the fajitas. It was a huge plate that came out sizzling and smoking, full of yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, onions, peppers, carrots, and celery. Plus the guacamole appetizer was super fresh and delicious. Pretty basic Mexican restaurant offerings but hit the spot in a place that doesn’t really cater to vegans (Sunriver resort options are pretty dismal).

Pros: Fresh, Great staff

Cons: Pretty expensive (to be expected in a resort town)
