A fully vegan food truck poolside between The Psychedelic Mushroom and Eolo Beach Club. Began as a seasonal pop-up version of Tulum’s famous Charly’s Vegan Tacos. Serves tacos, huaraches, burritos, corn, nachos and others. NOTE: Reported that food truck is only available to those staying in the resort where it is located - please verify and let HappyCow know. Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-6:00pm.

Best food in Palmaia - Edit
Hugely popular, due to the fantastic vegan versions of all the best Mexican food. The corn is a must and the taco selection is fantastic. You can sit under the trees or enjoy on the beach. Cold drinks and great brownies as well.
