Amazing lunch

Was a bit concerned to don’t find vegan food in this region and than i came across this place! The food was amazing, all homemade!

Ristorante buonissimo! Veramente raccomando, tutto vegano e fatto in casa!

Wholesome vegan lunch in the Pyrenees

We had the healthiest meal in a month long holidays in Catalonia -and the most appreciated by our bodies- in cattle country, in the most unpretentious of the venues. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced.

Amazing discovery

Lovely healthy vegan food. The venue was serving Budda Bowl with a combination of veggie protein, cereals and green vegetables. The Heura chicken was superb. The owner of the place is a nice lady that made us feel really welcomed.

Delicious food, wonderful proprietor

The Spanish Pyranees is a vegan food desert, and for the first time since I’ve been moto-scooting around Catalunya, I had a meal that left me completely satisfied. El Brot, in addition to being vegan, eco-conscious, and organic, is also a woman-owned business. I was able to purchase a few pre-packaged items (cashew parmesan, a curry spread, nut bars) to tide me over for a few days. Unfortunately, Pilar closes El Brot on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and her vegan snacks sell out early in the day. It helps to speak Spanish, French or Catalan, or to have Google Translate on hand. DEFINITELY worth going to! My omni friends enjoyed it as well.

Pros: Excellent food, Well marked venue, Eco-friendly & fully vegan

Cons: Only open five days a week, English isn’t spoken

El bon gust de la Cerdanya

Genial! Una petita perla de la Cerdanya. Local acollidor i amb una atenció estupenda. Vàrem dinar a la botiga i va ser com estar al menjador de casa. Vaig dinar amb un company que no és vegetarià, i va quedar molt content i sorprès.
És genial que tot és cuini amb productes de proximitat i plats de temporada, també disposen d'envasos biodegradables. Però el millor és l'esforç que mostra la mestressa de la botiga, transmet molta tranquil·litat i passió pel projecte.
Se'ns dubte repetirem, ja sigui enduent-nos a casa alguna de les suculentes preparacions o fent una degustació al mateix local.

the best vegan restaurant for me ever

amazing how delicious was the meal. everything tasted like the food from home, like mama or grandma's food. it was so good that we took the same plates for take away to eat at the day after, in our house in barcelona. highly recommended. a must go place.

Súper bien!

Restaurante todo vegano y opción sin gluten, con opción a dos menús a buen precio. Estaba todo delicioso!! Y muy simpática, 100% recomendable.
