I love the deli products - Edit

The smoothies and cashew puddings are very tasty and filling. My favourite must be the "Tuhti kurre" one which has peanuts in it. Yum!

The only downside is the high prices. Almost 5€ for one smoothie is just too much. I would buy them more often if they were cheaper.

Pros: Tasty deli, Good variety of products, Excellent service

Cons: High prices, They sell meat nowadays (dead crickets)

state-of-the-art organic supermarket - Edit

Ruohunjuuri has a wide range of food and non-food items, in fancy and bright surroundings. As the selection for fresh fruit and vegetables is small, I would still buy this stuff at the neighboring Covered Market (where there is a stall with organic produce). Alternatives to dairy products (milk, yoghurt, cream) are largely omitted in Ruohonjuuri's shelves as one can find them in any supermarket in Finland. For all remaining items, Ruohunjuuri is an excellent option. It makes me kind of sad, thas this new type of stores importunes the more characterful shops like Runsaudensarvi, but one has to accept which way the wind's blowing.
