When smaller is better.

Small package free store in Rovinka, just a few kilometers from Bratislava. While the shop can't compete with similar stores in the capital with it's size, they still offer more than decent selection of vegan 'essentials' such as nutritional yeasts, legumes, whole grans, various types of flours etc.
Fantastic option if you do not want to travel to Bratislava when you want to do some environmentally friendly shopping - not mentioning that you are also burning less gas which is environmentally friendly itself 😉
While the shop is smaller, the owners clearly think about their vegan customers and you can buy here local (or at least relatively local) vegan products such as Klobaňa, and soy products such as sour cream, yoghurt and tempeh from Czech company Soyka.
Greatest advantage of the store however is actually it's small size. Owners do care about their customers and if they do not have something that you want, they will order it for you, even if you are to be the only person to buy it.
It is fantastic to know that there are people in the business who think primarily about their customers, and it is certainly a reason to visit this store regularly for some vegan essentials. Sometimes smaller is better. At least in our book 😊
