Not many vegan options - Edit
There weren’t many vegan options, choice of 2 noodles and vegan broth, which was too salty for my taste.

Tasty, but not super vegan friendly - Edit
Ejji offers a delightful vegan broth. However, only the veggie noodles and thin rice noodles are vegan (the thick ones contain egg). Also, they fry their tofu in the same oil as their pork belly, which seems unnecessary. If that’s a problem for you (it is for me), just get the uncooked tofu. The sauces are all tasty. Worth a visit, just be careful what you order.
