Great stuff. Delicious baked goods - Edit
I needed something sweet after not so satisfying lunch. Ended up getting ice cream which were just ok. But their baked goods baked on premises were delicious.

Disappointing reality compared to advertising - Edit
I really do feel for small local restaurants and the challenges of updating website and social media. I know that’s not their forte and that staffing is short at many places right now. I really don’t want to be a jerk, but it was a huge bummer to drive all the way across town and into Kentucky only to find that their vegan options were not as advertised.
Read moreOn previous reviews here (which I realize they have no control over) as well as their own website, Facebook page, and Instagram they advertise having a unique “spaghetti ice cream” sundae with several of them being starred as “able to be made vegan.” The ice cream is sort of extruded through a machine, so it’s in long strands resembling pasta.
They looked and sounded so special and one of a kind that we skipped other closer ice cream places to come here.
But then when I excitedly ordered the Spaghetti erdnuss, they let me know that they no longer had the vegan version of the ice cream and they weren’t sure if the peanut butter sauce was vegan. 😭 Sad hungry ice cream sundae seeking vegan!!
I did have a little scoop of vegan chocolate ice cream and vegan cookies and cream with some Oreos on top and it was fine. If we’d randomly stumbled across an ice cream place in Kentucky with vegan options, I would have been thrilled. But because I was excited to try a very unique thing that I’ve never seen anywhere else, I was disappointed.
If you are in Covington, KY, you should totally go here. Just know ahead of time that they don’t have the cool thing (or call ahead to see if they maybe brought it back), but I wouldn’t go out of your way to come here because there are other vegan ice cream options in Cincinnati.
Pros: Two vegan ice cream flavors
Cons: Limited vegan toppings and options

Eishaus - Vegans go here stat! - Edit
The idea is completely original to this area. They are family owned and really sweet people. They have such fun Spaghetti Eis ideas and their vegan ice cream (oatmilk) is excellent. Schoko vegan is like birthday. Can't recommend them enough!
