A vegan option for BOI - Edit
Had the everything bagel with avocado spread. They also have peanut butter available. Most bagels are vegan other than the cheese ones.

I got a sesame bagel ($2.50) with peanut butter ($1.75) which wasn’t super good, but did the job. The peanut butter was either jif or skippy

This is inside the Boise Airport, past security. This isn’t somewhere you run in an grab a bite to eat unless you want to purchase a ticket for a flight first since you have to go through security to order food.
