Have a variety of options to choose from.

Staff are friendly and approachable.
Would recommend for those who are looking for affordable and tasty vegan/vegetarian food at NUH.
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Friendly and considerate owner uncle, Affordable
Cons: A little oily , Leafy-greens are sometimes too fibrous to swallow

Think the store name wasn't named Eight Immortals when I was there, maybe the name has been changed, but I am quite sure there is only one vegetarian stall in the kopitiam.
