Eight Immortals Vegetarian at Millenia Walk Koufu Food Court Level 2, was opened on 1 March 2009!
Came to know about this when I saw the flyer at one of the Eight Immortals Vegetarian Outlet. On the flyer, it mentioned Mixed Veg Rice, Zhu Chao, Steamboat Yong Dou Fu for lunch.
I had a Mini Herbal Hotpot @ S$5, I opt for rice instead of noodle. I like rice :) Delicious and it has different type of mushrooms, the dark brown thingy is another type of dried mushroom which I yet to find the name ...
