Vegan section on menu - Edit
The service was great and it’s wonderful that they have a separate section on the menu for vegan food. I ordered the garden curry. I just can’t give it the full stars because the curry was somewhat watery and not as flavorful as it could be.

Yum! - Edit
Ei8ht Noodles was an overall great dining experience. The restaurant itself is casual but nice, with attentive and friendly service throughout. In addition to the specific vegan section on the menu, our server said many items can be made vegan upon request.
Read moreThe food was quite delicious! I requested, and was happily brought, a sample of the yellow curry sauce in the Vegan Menu for spiciness. The curry was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. Ah-May-Zing! Sadly, my spice tolerance is zero and this is probably at a 2, so I had to pass. The Vegan Egg Rolls and Vegan Noodles were a fabulous no-spice alternative, however. For the omnivore crowd my husband really enjoyed his Chicken Potstickers and Fried Wontons (#8 and #10 on the menu). We ended the meal with Mango Sticky Rice for dessert- so good!
The prices may seem a little high, but I can't even list that as a negative because the fresh, quality ingredients used in these dishes more than make up for it. IMO the quality here is well worth a little price bump.
We both are excited to go back. Highly recommended!
Pros: Fresh and delicous food, Vegan specific menu, many make-vegan options, Great sevice, very accomodating for vegans

Half of an eight - Edit
I would never bother to visit this restaurant if it wasn’t for Happy Cow. I wanted something Asian and something new to try. When I was looking at their menu online, I spotted Curry Puff and knew I had to try that. The puff comes with two different flavours, taro and veggie. I was itching to try the taro one, but I just had taro bubble tea yesterday, so I opted for the veggie one. Curry puffs are what it seems, curry in puff form. The puffs were served as starters, and I wasn’t really hungry, so I ordered that and the vegan egg rolls. Both are good, nothing impressive. This restaurant has plenty of items for us to come back and sample. I’d try their green curry with vermicelli noodles and perhaps the taro curry puffs.

Cons: Too much meaty items
