One okay rice bowl - Edit

The only vegan dish on the menu was the “vegan bowl” which had ride topped with edamame, carrots, fake chicken, mangos, and avocado. It was fine, but I don’t think the rice was cooked properly.

Not so great expectations - Edit

This was my first Egon visit. I mainly went for the “cultural experience” - my Norwegian partner told me it was a staple here, but not to expect too much. There were a few vegan things on the menu. We ordered the Asian noodles and the rice bowl. I’m 90% sure the noodles were marinated in ketchup and the rice bowl looked/tasted like something I would have slapped together at home for a quick lunch. None of it was “bad”, but it certainly wasn’t good.
