Charming café - Edit
This is café with a lovely setting and friendly waiters; I like the setting here more than their popular Westside café.
Read moreIf this were a café website, I would have rated it higher. However, from the perspective of a website that rates vegan food, this place falls a bit short.
Most of the food here is either fish or dairy. Furthermore, a bunch of the items that could have been vegan—like the falafel—are cooked in the same water as the fish. I had a couscous vegetable dish, which they told me was prepared separately from the fish, and it was indeed very delicious. I see that they also serve a couple of salads that seem to be vegan, as well as juices. On the whole, however, these items seem to be an afterthought.
