Made reservations for a vegan lunch here, but they didnt cater for us at all. We got soup with meat in it and a salad dish with fish and cheese. Upon request they changed the dish but the veggies still tasted like fish. They probably just took off the fish... a shame, cause it srems like such a nice place.

They don't have many vegan options on their menu, in fact only one I guess, but this was really super tasty! It's called 'Arabic Soup', made with eggplant (€6,50). It's served with some bread with hummus and lettuce. We really enjoyed this meal. The people were really friendly! Everything is organic and free from additives.

Good for a healthy snack time in Vlissingen - Edit
At our last visit to Vlissingen, there hadn't been a place to have vegan organic food yet so we were happy to find this quite new shop and cafe. The range is limited but still reasonable.
There were no vegan dishes on the blackboard menu (everything contained cheese) so we asked whether something could be prepared for us. The very friendly (English speaking) kitchen staff asked what we liked and disliked and then prepared two decent fresh baguettes with veggie paté, sprouts, greens and a lovely salad. It cost less than five euros per person so the prices were fine as well.
Of course, there are places on the planet that offer more for vegans but given what you could get in Vlissingen otherwise this was really a good place.
