Serves an organic and vegetarian meal every Tue (6pm-8pm) at a little bar, Cafe Vrijdag, in the lively neighborhood Het Spijkerkwartier in Arnhem. Vegans please inquire. As of Jan 2016, a meal costs 8 euros and a dessert is 1,5 and a free refill is an option (if there is enough to go around). It is advised to be on time or make a reservation by texting the chef. Open Tue 6:00pm-8:00pm.
