Pistacchio really is a revelation - Edit
Great location directly at Santa Maria Del Fiore, and the prices are still okay. Lots of clearly labelled vegan options. They make the cones in-house and it smells delicious! Everything is organic and you can totally taste it. Take the pistacchio if they have it! But apple and mint was also good. They let you taste as well :)

The best vegan gelato in Florence! - Edit
I came back here 5 times during my stay in Florence as the gelato was just so good - they had lots of vegan options, properly labelled including pistachio salt which was INCREDIBLE! Literally the best I have had, super affordable as well and the staff are lovely ☺️

Absolutely delicious and affordable considering its prime location! I had banana gelato, and my husband had strawberry and orange. Neither of us could believe how flavourful it was! They also let us have tasters and the pistachio was delicious, but I knew I couldn’t eat a whole scoop of it. Worth a taste though.

We had the pistachio and carrot cake. Pistach particularly was amazing. They had a vegan cone if you asked. They had vegan flavours like Chianti red wine and choco hazelnut that sounded amazing.

I tried ther pistaccio with salt and peanut ice cream and both were delicious! So creamy an full of flavour! Pistacio one was probably the best pistacio ice cream I've ever had. I was so happy to have found them!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Fantastic gelato! We had pistachio e bacio (containing whole hazelnuts!!) as well as fondente (not too sweet what we really liked) and red wine sorbet (very interesting but yummy). All vegan flavours are labelled. Nice location right behind the duomo😄can only recommend !!!

We got 4 flavors to try, apple (neither of us liked it, exaggerated sweetness that tasted very fake), mango (very refreshing, we both enjoyed), dark chocolate (it was overwhelmingly dark, had to eat with another flavor to make bearable), and Pistachio (it is salty like a salted caramel flavor. I enjoyed it very much, but my husband found it too salty for his liking).

I had the coconut and pistachio and both of them were amazing and tasted just like eating the real things in ice cream form. The flavours were so accurate. My wife had the strawberry and she normally doesn't like ice cream but finished it all.

Still don’t get why they offer non vegan if they can make it vegan. Like who will say “no eggs in my cone?! Nah I don’t want a cone then.” Great that they offer v opt. though.
